Bananas Cubano

  1. Melt butter in a frypan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and jelly; heat until bubbly.
  3. Add bananas and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in rum and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and bananas are heated through.
  5. Place ice cream in serving dishes.
  6. Spoon banana mixture over ice cream and drizzle with topping.
  7. Serve immediately.
