Chocolate Chip-Candy Cane Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, dry pudding mix and baking soda.
  3. Beat butter, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs; mix well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing after each addition until blended.
  6. Stir in chocolate and crushed candy.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until edges of cookies are lightly browned.
  10. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
