Acadian Potato Chowder

  1. Place potatoes in stock pot with enough water to cover.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer till potatoes are almost tender.
  3. Drain potatoes.
  4. Place potatoes back in pot with remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer on very low heat till kale and squash are tender.
  6. Serve with French Bread.
