Mixed Citrus Salad
- 4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
- 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 2 tangerines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
- 4 black peppercorns, crushed
- Divide the fruit between plates.
- Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
- Serve with Greek yogurt or creme fraiche.
