Asian Baked Chicken
- 1/2 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 16 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lb./900 g) King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl; reserve 1/3 cup.
- Add chicken to remaining dressing mixture; turn to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
- Serve with reserved sauce.
