Strawberry Colada Smoothie

• 4 slices pineapple, canned
• 14 pineapple juice (reserved from the canned pineapple)
• 1 12 cups frozen strawberries
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 cup nonfat yogurt, coconut cream (2 6-oz. containers)

1. Blend all ingredients together.
