Speckle Pops

  1. MELT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
  3. LAY 10 icy pole sticks on paper lined trays.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate onto one end of each stick.
  5. Spread the chocolate to form approx.
  6. 6 cm circle.
  7. (ensure 1/3 of the stick is embedded in the chocolate).
  8. DECORATE each pop with a sprinkle of 100s and 1000s or similar and allow to set at room temperature.
  9. Store in an airtight container until required.
