Steak & Spinach Triangles

  1. Cook the steak according to the package.
  2. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Saute the onion in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until slightly wilted; add the mixture in with the steak.
  5. Stir in the neuchatel cheese and garlic powder.
  6. When your dough is ready, divided into 4 balls.
  7. Cover three of the dough balls and lay the fourth on a floured surface.
  8. Roll each into a large rectangle.
  9. Use a pizza cutter to make 3 inch squares.
  10. Place 1/2 tablespoon of the filling into the center of each square and fold to form a triangle.
  11. Press to seal the edges.
  12. Place them on a baking sheet.
  13. Let rise in a draft free place for about 25 minutes.
  14. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  15. Bake at 10 to 15 minutes.
  16. Brush the tops with butter, if desired.
