Maneuljjong-Bokkeum , (Sauteed Garlic Stems) Recipe hannaone

  1. Preparation: Wash garlic stems in cold water and drain well.
  2. Cut stems into one inch lengths.
  3. Cooking: Heat a pan over high heat then add oil.
  4. Add garlic stems and stir fry until tender, three to four minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt and cook for an additional one to two minutes.
  6. Add optional ingredients and sesame oil and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds.
