Christmas Cranberry Cobbler Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 1 can (16 ounce.) whole berry cranberry sauce
- Vanilla ice cream or possibly Cold Whip
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine dry cake mix and spices in bowl.
- Cut in butter till crumbly.
- Stir in nuts.
- Set aside.
- Combine pie filling and cranberry sauce in ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle crumb mix over fruit.
- Bake 45 or possibly 50 min till golden.
- Serve hot with ice cream or possibly Cold Whip.
- If you cannot find peach pie filling, apple or possibly cherry will do.
