Versatile Chocolate Pie Recipe

  1. Combine butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, lowfat milk and Hershey's chocolate in saucepan and cook over medium heat till thickened.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Top with meringue made by beating egg whites till stiff and gradually beating in sugar.
  4. Place pie in 450 degree oven till brown.
  5. Cold before serving.
  6. Serves 6-8.
