Leftover Turkey sandwich

• 2 slice Leftover Turkey breast
• 2 tbsp hummus (I used roasted red pepper hummus)
• 2 slice bread of your choice
• 1 small handfull of baby spinach

1. toast bread, spread one tablespoon of hummus in each slice, and assemble sandwich
