Mimi's Garlic Parm Chicken wings

  1. Coat the wings with baking powder and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Place in fridge uncovered..the longer the better!
  3. !
  4. Cook wings on grill until crispy, about 30 minutes mins.
  5. In bowl mix salt, oil, basil, garlic, thyme,pepper and red pepper.
  6. When wings are done throw in bowl and coat with mixture.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and toss!
