Wheat Germ Muffins With Blueberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chia seeds in a bowl.
  3. Mash bananas in a separate bowl.
  4. Add maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla extract and egg.
  5. Blend.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients in three stages until just combined.
  7. Divide into muffin tins and top each with blueberries, making sure to push berries inches Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool and enjoy.
