Teriyaki Steak Stir-Fry
- 3 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce or stir-fry sauce
- Hot cooked MINUTE White Rice
- Cook and stir vegetables in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Add steak strips and teriyaki sauce; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
