Fluffy Fruit Salad

  1. Drain pineapple reserve 1-cup juice in a small saucepan.
  2. Set pineapple aside.
  3. To the saucepan add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice, and oil.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and let cool.
  6. In a large bowl combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges, cherries, and bananas.
  7. Fold in whipped cream and cooled sauce.
  8. Chill for several hours.
