Cheesy Pepper Nachos
- 1 lb. (450 g) assorted sweet mini peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss peppers with dressing in medium bowl; place, cut sides up, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- Heat broiler.
- Top peppers with remaining ingredients.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
