Black Bean Tacos in Corn Tortillas
- 1-1/2 qt. BOCA Ground Burger, heated
- 1-1/2 qt. romaine lettuce, chiffonade
- 3 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 48 each corn tortillas (6 inch)
- 3 qt. cooked black beans, mashed
- 9 lb. CAPRI SUN 100% Juice
- For each serving: Place 2 Tbsp.
- each ground burger and lettuce, 1 Tbsp.
- tomatoes and 1/2 Tbsp.
- cheese on each of 2 tortillas; fold in half.
- Place on plate.
- Add 1/4 cup beans to plate.
- Serve with fruit punch.
