Pie Crust Double Crust Recipe
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1/3 c. water
- Dash salt
- 2 c. flour
- In medium bowl, combine flour, Crisco, Butter Flavored Crisco, salt and water.
- Mix well, divide into two balls.
- It will roll out much better if refrigerated till cool.
- On floured counter roll into size needed.
- It's good to make a double batch, divide into balls, put in sandwich bags and freeze till further use.
- When re-using thaw halfway, roll out.
- The Butter Flavored Crisco makes all the difference.
