Creamed Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 4 c. sweet potatoes
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/4 c. orange juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows

1. Into 4 c. of warm mashed sweet potatoes, stir in 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. orange juice and 1/2 tsp.
2. salt.
3. Mix in marshmallows.
4. Place in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish; bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
5. Top with additional marshmallows, if you like, and return to oven till slightly browned.
