Diabetic Cream Cheese Salad Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) env. sugar free Jello (lime)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple in own juice
- 3 ounce. lite cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk, chilled
- Mix Jello with 1 c. boiling water.
- Drain juice from pineapple and add in water to make 1/2 c. liquid.
- Add in juice to Jello mix and refrigeratetill syrupy.
- Beat the evaporated skim lowfat milk, making sure which the bowl, beaters and lowfat milk are well chilled.
- Set whipped lowfat milk aside.
- Beat the cream cheese into Jello.
- Mix in the whipped lowfat milk and liquid removed pineapple and refrigeratein mold or possibly glass dish.
- Yields 9 1/2 c. servings.
- Substitutions: 1 serving equals 1/2 fat substitution and 1/2 fruit substitutes.
