Diabetic Cream Cheese Salad Recipe

  1. Mix Jello with 1 c. boiling water.
  2. Drain juice from pineapple and add in water to make 1/2 c. liquid.
  3. Add in juice to Jello mix and refrigeratetill syrupy.
  4. Beat the evaporated skim lowfat milk, making sure which the bowl, beaters and lowfat milk are well chilled.
  5. Set whipped lowfat milk aside.
  6. Beat the cream cheese into Jello.
  7. Mix in the whipped lowfat milk and liquid removed pineapple and refrigeratein mold or possibly glass dish.
  8. Yields 9 1/2 c. servings.
  9. Substitutions: 1 serving equals 1/2 fat substitution and 1/2 fruit substitutes.
