Peppery Grilled Flank Steak
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup olive oil
- 4 12 tablespoons honey
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
- 1 12 tablespoons coarsley black pepper (yes-Tbsp)
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 14 lbs flank steaks
- In a resealable storage bag thoroughly combine all ingredients except the flank steak, when combined add flank.
- Seal bag, turn to coat.
- Place in the refrigerator and marinate 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Transfer steak to work surface and let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut across grain into thin strips.
- Arrange on platter and serve.
