Peppery Grilled Flank Steak

  1. In a resealable storage bag thoroughly combine all ingredients except the flank steak, when combined add flank.
  2. Seal bag, turn to coat.
  3. Place in the refrigerator and marinate 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.
  5. Grill to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
  6. Transfer steak to work surface and let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Cut across grain into thin strips.
  8. Arrange on platter and serve.
