Murray Silverman's Scotch Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
  4. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper.
  5. Spread mixture thickly over chicken.
  6. Sprinkle nuts over chicken.
  7. Cover and bake about 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve with pan juices and brown rice.
