Slow Cooker Venison Pot Roast Or Stew Recipe

• 1 (3 lb.) roast or possibly stew meat
• Salt
• Veg. oil
• 2 tbsp. each soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/4 c. wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon rosemary

1. Season roast with salt to taste.
2. Brown in warm oil in skillet.
3. Place browned meat in slow cooker.
4. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
5. Cover and cook on slow for 8-10 hrs.
6. Serve over rice.
