Apple Topped Cream Pie
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
- 1 cup canned apple pie filling, diced
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
- Beat milk gradually into cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon.
- Beat 1 to 2 minutes.
- Spread evenly in crust.
- Mix apple pie filling and remaining 1/4 tsp.
- cinnamon in small bowl.
- Spoon evenly over pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
- Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds.
