Mexican ground chicken

  1. Saute onions for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add cumin and garlic.
  3. Mix and cook another couple of minutes till garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add chicken.
  5. Cook till most of the pink is gone.
  6. Add taco seasoning.
  7. Stir in and continue to cook for a couple of minute's.
  8. Add tomato cans and water.
  9. Mix and bring to a boil.
  10. Continue to stir and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  11. The liquid will be almost all gone when done.
