Mexican ground chicken
- 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 8 oz tamato sauce
- 8 oz tamato with diced green chili
- 6 oz water
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Saute onions for a couple of minutes.
- Add cumin and garlic.
- Mix and cook another couple of minutes till garlic is fragrant.
- Add chicken.
- Cook till most of the pink is gone.
- Add taco seasoning.
- Stir in and continue to cook for a couple of minute's.
- Add tomato cans and water.
- Mix and bring to a boil.
- Continue to stir and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- The liquid will be almost all gone when done.
