Low Cal Shrimp Destin
- 2 lbs frozen shrimp (raw, unpeeled)
- 14 cup green onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Fat Free
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Saute green onion and garlic in butter until onions are tender.
- Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium high heat about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Stir in dill and parsley.
- Serve shrimp over tasted french rolls, rice, or pasta.
