taco dorito chicken casserole

• 2 chicken breast, cooked, and shredded
• 2 cup shredded mexican cheese
• 1 can 10.75 oz.cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup taco seasoning( i used my homemade, found on my profile.)
• 1 large bag taco doritos
• 2 cup shredded lettuce
• 2 large tomatoes, diced

1. preheat oven 350f.
2. in a small pan, bring water to boil.add chicken, and boil for 15-20 min, until chicken is no longer pink.take chicken out, and shred w/ a fork.
3. in a large bowl mix together chicken,1c.of cheese, soup, milk,sour cream,and taco seasoning.
4. mix well
5. lightly grease a 9x13x2 baking dish.add a layer of crushed doritos across the bottom.top with chicken mixture, add 1c.of cheese , add another layer of doritos on top.
6. cover and bake for 30 min until bubbling hot.
7. remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce.
