Sunshine Pie

  1. Drain oranges; reserve 2 Tbsp syrup, Place half of oranges in bottom of crust.
  2. Top with half of banana slices; set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, reserved syrup, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  5. Stir 1/3 cup coconut.
  6. Spread mixture over fruit in crust.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  8. Arrange remaining oranges and bananas over filling.
  9. Sprinkle remaining coconut flakes over top of pie.
