Ham, Green Beans, and Potato Casserole
- 2 slices bacon coarsely chopped
- 1 each ham slice, pre-cooked
- 1 pound potatoes cubed
- 1 pound green beans fresh
- 1/2 cup water
- Fry bacon in skillet.
- Pour off excess grease, but leave enough to coat bottom of pan.
- Add ham and cook until heated through.
- Add potatoes, green beans and and water.
- Cover and cook until potatoes and green beans are done; approximately 15 minutes.
