Rice Burgers Stuffed with Kimpira Stir-fry

  1. Combine the rice, all seasonings, and bonito flakes in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. Divide into 4 portions.
  3. Form into flat and round patties on plastic wrap.
  4. Wrap and squeeze slightly to shape the patties.
  5. Chill in the freezer.
  6. Align on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven.
  7. Make it either thick and fluffy or crispy like toasted rice balls.
  8. It's up to you.
  9. When that's done, sprinkle shichimi chili pepper on two patties.
  10. Sandwich kimpira stir-fry in between and enjoy.
