Macaroni Frank Salad Bowl Recipe
- 2 c. (8 ounce. pkg.) macaroni
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 med. tomatoes
- 2 c. curly endive pcs
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 frankfurters, sliced
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- Blend warm macaroni with lowfat sour cream, French dressing, and salt.
- Place in refrigerator to refrigeratethoroughly.
- Rinse, peel, and cut into wedges the tomatoes.
- Set aside.
- Combine in a large salad bowl the endive pcs, celery, radishes, green onions, and sliced frankfurters.
- Add in the macaroni mix and tomato wedges to salad bowl and toss lightly.
- 6 to 8 servings.
