Pork Chop Chinese Style Recipe

• 1 pound pork chops (cut to 3 pcs each, marinate for 30 minutes.)
• 3 ounce. bamboo shoot (diced)
• 5 water chestnuts (diced)
• 2 c. peas and carrots
• 1 onion (diced)
• 3 slices pineapple (diced)
• 1 tbsp. warm bean sauce

1. Sprinkle salt, sugar, pepper on both sides.
2. 1 teaspoon wine.
