Round Steak Superb Recipe

• 1 pound round steak
• 2 tbsp. oil
• Salt and pepper
• 1 can mushrooms
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
• 1/4 c. water
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese

1. Cut steak into 6 pcs.
2. Brown in oil.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add in mushrooms, Worcestershire and water.
5. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
6. Remove meat to heated platter.
7. Add in lowfat sour cream and blue cheese to cooking liquid and blend well.
8. Cook just till heated through.
