Smart-Choice Fluffy White Chocolate Cheesecake

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
• 1-1/4 cups cold fat-free milk, divided
• 1 pkg. (3.3 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
• 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

1. Beat Neufchatel and 1/4 cup milk in large bowl with whisk until blended.
2. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
3. Stir in COOL WHIP until blended.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
