Lobster Or Crab Bisque Recipe

  1. Blend sherry, lowfat milk, and cream into soups in saucepan.
  2. Add in lobster/crab and heat gently, stirring often, till warm.
  3. Don't boil.
  4. Very good for lunch with green salad.
