Namibia Greens
- 1 -2 large garlic clove, minced
- 12-1 onion, chopped
- 1 large bunch mustard greens, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add greens, salt, and pepper until wilted.
- Add tomatoes and cook until greens are desired softness.
- Enjoy served over polenta.
