Asian Sesame-Soy Noodles
- 8 ounces udon, soba, Chinese wheat noodles, or linguine
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 to 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Meanwhile, combine the oil, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl and stir to blend.
- Combine the noodles and sauce in a serving container and toss well.
- Sprinkle the scallions on top and serve.
