  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the oil, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl and stir to blend.
  3. Combine the noodles and sauce in a serving container and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle the scallions on top and serve.
