Cashew Butter and Strawberry Topped English Muffin

• 1 whole wheat English muffin, toasted
• 1 tablespoon smooth cashew butter
• cinnamon
• 14 cup diced strawberry

1. Add cashew butter to a small bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Stir to mix.
3. If it necessary, microwave 5-10 sec.
4. to soften.
5. Spread on the english muffin and top with strawberries.
