Chicken balls in tomato sauce
- 2 chicken brests cubed small
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground commin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 onion minced
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 flour
- 1 fresh parsley chopped small
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 olive oil
- 1 prego, ragu, your choice of tomato sauce
- 1 packages your fav shreded cheese
- pre heat oven to 350
- cube chicken breasts small
- mix onions,.garlic, and spices into chicken in a bowl
- add salt, pepper and beaten egg
- once all ingredientes nicely mixed make chicken balls and roll in flour
- heat olive oil on med heat and brown balls on all sides
- do not fully Cook, only brown
- in a baking dish add balls and cover in sauce, cover with aluminum and put in oven for 35 - 40 min
- add cheese and bake uncovered for an additional 5 -10 min until cheese melted
- let sit for 5 minutes,.then serve
