Homemade Milk Jam Black Tea Flavor

  1. Brew the tea in milk (don't add water).
  2. It's best to use a high quality tea leaves.
  3. Measure 150 ml of the milk-brewed tea.
  4. Add to a pan with sugar and skim milk.
  5. Mix and turn on the heat.
  6. Use a spatula to stir it once it starts to thicken.
  7. It should be done in about 10 minutes from the time you turn the heat on.
