Mediterranean Tuna Appetizer
- 1 (5 ounce) can solid white tuna, in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 14 cup fresh baby dill, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons finely sliced julienned sun-dried tomatoes
- 14 cup thinly sliced pitted kalamata olive
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 13 cup steamed green beans, cut diagonally in small slivers or 13 cup canned green beans
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread (long baguette)
- Mix all ingredients together with a fork, except bread.
- Serve topping with slices of French bread or bruschetta.
