Creamy Tomato Bowtie Pasta Skillet
- 1 box Pound, Bowtie Pasta, 16 Ounce Box
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 jar 25 Oz Jar Tomato/Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Light Cream
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and saute until clear.
- Add the garlic and tomatoes and continue to cook until tomatoes start to break down a bit.
- Pour in sauce and cream and stir well.
- Now add the cooked pasta and cheese.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
