BOCA Benedict

  1. Microwave links as directed on package; coarsely chop links.
  2. Pour egg product into small bowl; stir in links.
  3. Pour into nonstick skillet.
  4. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until egg product is set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, mix mayo, yogurt and mustards in microwaveable bowl.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until warmed, stirring after each minute.
  9. Cover muffin halves with tomatoes, egg mixture and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.
