Mango Avocado Salsa

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, tomatoes, avocado, onions, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve with corn chips or on top of chicken or fish.
  4. Notes: This salsa can last in the fridge, but its better to eat it the same day its made.
  5. I used 1 extra garlic clove in my version.
  6. You could add in a jalapeno or other peppers to give it some heat.
  7. This salsa is dairy-free and vegetarian.
