Mosaic Gelatina

  1. Dissolve each flavor of dry gelatin in 1-1/2 cups of the boiling water in separate bowls.
  2. Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8-inch square pan.
  3. Refrigerate at least 40 min.
  4. or until set.
  5. Add boiling milk gradually to vanilla gelatina in a separate bowl.
  6. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  7. or until gelatina is completely dissolved.
  8. Refrigerate 30 min.
  9. or until cooled.
  10. Cut the fruit-flavored gelatins into 1/2-inch cubes, then place in 3-qt.
  11. glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  12. Add the chilled gelatina and stir lightly until well blended.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  14. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
  15. Cut into 16 wedges to serve.
