Mosaic Gelatina
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin
- 4-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
- 3-1/2 cups boiling milk
- 1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) JELL-O Gelatina Para Leche Vanilla Flavor
- Dissolve each flavor of dry gelatin in 1-1/2 cups of the boiling water in separate bowls.
- Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate at least 40 min.
- or until set.
- Add boiling milk gradually to vanilla gelatina in a separate bowl.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until gelatina is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until cooled.
- Cut the fruit-flavored gelatins into 1/2-inch cubes, then place in 3-qt.
- glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add the chilled gelatina and stir lightly until well blended.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
- Cut into 16 wedges to serve.
