Turkey Stuffing For 18 Pound Bird Recipe
- 4 c. diced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. butter
- 4 quarts. dry bread crumbs
- 1 box croutons
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 can Miller Lite
- Cut up giblets, cooked (save broth)
- Whole mushrooms, fresh
- Saute/fry celery and onion in butter.
- Combine bread crumbs, croutons, seasonings.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Stuff bird.
- Drink 2nd 1/2 can of Miller Lite.
