Great for Busy Days! Garlic Pork Soy Sauce Stir-Fry
- 300 grams Thinly cut pork (your choice of cut such as thigh or belly)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (to mix in)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Cut the pork into desired sizes, place in a bowl, and season with sat and pepper.
- Next, add the soy sauce and garlic and rub everything in well.
- Stir the pork in the vegetable oil marked just before stir-frying.
- This will help the pieces of pork separate easily.
- Heat the remaining amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- If you have the energy, fry up any accessible slices of garlic.
- Finally, fry up the pork.
- Then you're finished!
- By the way, the green vegetable in the picture is Chinese water spinach.
- I fried it in the same pan right after the frying the meat.
