Sausage Peppers And Hamburger Recipe
- 2 pound Italian sausage (cut in bite-size)
- 1 pound hamburger
- 6 lg. peppers, cut up
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- Salt, pepper & garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 sm. jar Ragu sauce (meat flavored)
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Saute/fry sausage in frying pan in oil, remove.
- Slice and remove casting.
- Fry hamburger till the pink is gone.
- Saute/fry peppers, onions and mushrooms till crisp tender.
- Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr while cooking.
- Add in everything together in large electric fry pan or possibly large pot.
- Pour Ragu sauce adding garlic pwdr and Parmesan cheese; simmer about 45 min.
