Mushroom Salad
- 3 (284 ml) cans whole mushrooms
- 2 cups English cucumbers
- 2 cups celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red onion
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup vinegar
- Bring dressing to a boil.
- Pour over vegetables and leave overnite.
